We start every client from day one in our communication portal, which is filled with all your deliverables, to-do list per department, and your head people within the departments assigned to your needs. This portal is the only place we all communicate. Why? Communication is the key to success, it is so important they we actually pay people to monitor stalled communication, this helps keep things moving forward at a pace that is progressive. Ask any marketing company and they will say the lack of communication from the client is what they hang their stall on, well at our company we make sure that does not happen.
We then plug you into our systems that are perfected, like for example we can tell you when exactly you will have your first design concept, when you will have your revision, when the test link will be available to you to view, when the site will be live.
